Tuesday night at VBS!!
July 15, 2009 – 8:05 amCrocodile Dock was rockin’ again tonight as 106 children and 87 adults enjoyed the excitement and fun at VBS! As children entered the basement for the Bible lesson, they were met by Moses played by Daniel Rothwell. He told the story of how God used Moses to put plagues on the Egyptians because Pharaoh would not let the Israelites go. The children were actively involved as Moses explained the various plagues. Through these plagues, God shows that He is powerful. The memory verse for this lesson is Exodus 7:17–”I will show you that I am the Lord.” When the children met in the huts for family time, they experienced the plague of darkness!!
The kids also sang songs, played games during recreation, had snacks, and made crafts. It’s not too late to join the fun!!
